The client must be 18 years or older to buy a commission.

I am not obligated to accept any commission.

The client is responsible for providing the artist with correct, up-to-date and clear reference images and/or written description of their character.

I will reserve the right to stream working on your commission, unless stated otherwise by you.

I will not draw a character that you don't own; the same rule applies for movie and TV characters (like Digimon, Pokemon, Disney, etc), because I don't have the rights to recreate such characters commercially.

If you have a character that is a closed species, please provide proof that it is your character.

After you, the customer, have reviewed and approved the sketch, you will not be able to suggest any more edits.

I will reserve the right to publish your commission.

You are allowed to share and use the picture you've commissioned, but you have to credit and link to me.

I will still have the creative rights reserved on the picture you have commissioned.

Commercial use is not allowed, unless you negotiate a separate commercial license.

The commissioned picture must not be used or edited by third parties.

Badges are allowed to be used at public events.

The image may not be passed off as the work of the client.

The commissioned picture can be used outside of digital media for private use only such as printing, etc.

The commissioned picture can only be used by the paying customer if there aren't any characters on it that don't belong to them.

I will reserve the right to cancel or reject a commission without any justification

The client will receive a work-in-progress image (WIP) of the sketch stage for approval.

You are not allowed to publish the WIP pictures anywhere.

Art is a hobby of mine and not a full-time job, so there will be no deadline. I will provide an approximate time frame, which I reserve to change at any time.

I can edit the sketch, but will not accept any edits after I have begun working on the lineart

I will not give you the original CSP file.

If you plan to print the picture non-commercially for wall-art and prints, please contact me in advance so I can adjust the image in size.

The original file will be deleted after finishing the commission, so no further edits will be possible.

Shipping of commissioned items will be insured and tracked, the tracking number will be sent to you.

I will not be liable for lost shipments as I have no influence over the shipping process, but I will try to make an inquiry at the used shipping service.

Payment through PayPal invoices only.

Payment must be paid up front and in full before the commission is started.

In order to commission me, you have to be 18 years old or older and must have full control over your PayPal or bank account.

I will not accept any underage customers.

The payment will only be done via invoices which I will send to you.

Direct payment without an invoice is not allowed.

Your data will be handled confidentially. The exchange of your bank connections, names and addresses are handled confidentially. Your data will be deleted afterwards and will not be given to any third parties that are excluded from the shipping or payment process. Violating this can and will result in legal consequences.

A full refund is available if the client cancels the commission before it has been started.

If the client cancels the commission during any stage after it has been started, the client is entitled a partial refund depending on the completion status of the commission.

I can't fulfill the commission

The customer cancels the commission before I start working on it.

Refunds will not be available after the commission is complete.

I will not allow to have the sketch be finished by another artist.
